DYPROCS is searching a Transportation Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for develop plans for surface transportation projects, according to
established engineering standards and state or federal construction policy.
Prepare designs, specifications, or estimates for transportation facilities.
Plan modifications of existing streets, highways, or freeways to improve traffic
flow. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Conduct
feasibility studies and traffic analyses for various transportation projects.
·
Design
roadway alignments, intersections, and traffic control devices.
·
Develop
transportation models and perform traffic simulations.
·
Prepare
technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
·
Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, environmental specialists,
and project managers.
·
Ensure
compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations and
standards.
·
Participate
in public meetings and engage with stakeholders to discuss project impacts and
benefits.
·
Provide
support during construction phases and conduct site inspections.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in transportation engineering or related field.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in traffic analysis software (e.g., Synchro, HCM,
VISSIM).
·
Strong
understanding of highway design principles, traffic control, and safety
analysis.
·
Professional
Engineer (PE) license.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production
of various goods and services.

Design - Knowledge of design techniques,
tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans,
blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Transportation - Knowledge of principles and
methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the
relative costs and benefits.
·
Building and Construction - Knowledge of
materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of
houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of
circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware
and software, including applications and programming.
·
Law and Government - Knowledge of laws, legal
codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders,
agency rules, and the democratic political process.
·
Public Safety and Security - Knowledge of
relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective
local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people,
data, property, and institutions.

Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
