DYPROCS is searching a Photonics Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design technologies specializing in light information or light
energy, such as laser or fiber optics technology. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
develop photonic components and systems, including lasers, optical fibers, and
sensors.
·
Conduct
simulations and modeling of photonic systems to optimize performance.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to integrate photonic solutions into existing
products.
·
Perform
experiments and tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with
specifications.
·
Analyze
data and present findings to stakeholders, offering solutions to complex
engineering problems.
·
Stay
updated on industry trends and advancements in photonics technology.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of strong work experience
in photonics, optics, or related disciplines.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL,
MATLAB).
·
Experience
with laser systems and optical measurement techniques.
·
Engineering
and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science
and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and
equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
·
Mathematics
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications.
·
Computers
and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic
equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and
programming.
·
Design -
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of
precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Mechanical
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
·
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Soft skills

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
